Abstract:
Provided in the present application is a multi-mode laser apparatus, which is applied in the field of optics. The multi-mode laser apparatus comprises a multi-mode laser device, a mode scrambler, a mode demultiplexer and Y Bragg gratings, wherein the multi-mode laser device is used for generating lasers comprising a plurality of modes; the mode scrambler is used for equalizing powers of lasers of different modes among the lasers of the plurality of modes, and outputting equalized lasers; the mode demultiplexer is used for decomposing the equalized lasers into M paths of lasers of different modes; X ports of the mode demultiplexer are used for outputting X paths of lasers; Y ports of the mode demultiplexer are used for outputting Y paths of lasers; the Y Bragg gratings are used for reflecting the Y paths of lasers; and the mode scrambler is further used for obtaining excited lasers according to the Y paths of reflected lasers. In the present application, each path of laser is a few-mode laser or a single-mode laser. Therefore, the present application can realize wavelength locking and spectral bandwidth control of a multi-mode laser by means of Bragg gratings.
