Title:
MULTI-OBJECTIVE OPTIMIZATION METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DRIVING SYSTEM OF DISTRIBUTED DRIVING ELECTRIC VEHICLE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/223594
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multi-objective optimization method and system for a driving system of a distributed driving electric vehicle. The method comprises: obtaining an optimal torque distribution model; obtaining the current longitudinal speed of a vehicle, and determining the current torque value of each hub motor of the vehicle according to the optimal torque distribution model; and completing the whole vehicle energy consumption calculation in real time according to the torque value of the hub motor, obtaining the unsprung mass, and achieving the optimal matching design of the sizes of the front and rear hub motors of the vehicle by taking the whole vehicle energy consumption and the calculated unsprung mass as optimization objectives. In view of the requirements of a distributed driving electric vehicle on economy and dynamic property, the test working condition, the whole vehicle target performance requirement and the optimal torque distribution control strategy are comprehensively considered, the power and size configuration of the four hub motors are reasonably selected by means of a multi-objective optimization design method, so that the optimal matching design of the driving system of the distributed driving electric vehicle is realized while the requirements of the maximum vehicle speed, the maximum climbing degree, the acceleration capability and the energy consumption of the vehicle are met.
