Abstract:
A multi-passband depolarization dichroic filter for multicolor fluorescence detection, which filter is used for multicolor fluorescence detection. The filter consists of a substrate and a high-gradient depolarization multi-passband dichroic mirror film system. The structure of the film system is: S | [(aL HL bH LH aL)^m] | A or S | [(aL HLH bL HLH aL)^m] | A, wherein S represents a glass substrate, A represents air, H represents a high-refractive-index material, L represents a low-refractive-index material, each of H and L represents a film layer having an optical thickness of λ0/4, a represents a peak position coefficient, b represents a passband depolarization coefficient, and m represents the total number of cycles of a basic film system. When light is incident at 45 degrees, such a filter has spectrum characteristics of a high gradient and depolarization, and the adaptive band positions and depolarization types can be flexibly adjusted.
