Abstract:
The present invention provides a multi-phase winding EPS motor stator structure, comprising: stator tooth blocks. A plurality of sets of winding coils are provided on the stator tooth blocks, and are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the stator tooth blocks in a staggered manner; each set of winding coils is connected to a group of copper bars to be led out; the plurality of groups of copper bars are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the stator tooth blocks. According to the present invention, winding coils are connected into a plurality of sets of completely independent windings; the neutral points of the plurality of sets of windings are also completely independent; the two sets of windings are connected at intervals in a three-phase crossed manner in the circumferential direction, so that two sets of windings are mutually independent, and when a single set of windings operates, the stator is uniformly stressed, and the motor stability is not affected by eccentricity and the like; a neutral point common end and a three-phase wire outlet end are respectively arranged at two ends of the stator, so that the structure arrangement is compact, and the space volume is small.
