Abstract:
A multi-photon microscope transparent specimen adapter and an imaging method thereof, the multi-photon microscope transparent specimen adapter comprising a base (1) and a viewing dish (2), the base (1) having disposed thereon an accommodation cavity (111) used to place a biological specimen, and the viewing dish (2) comprising a main body (21), as well as a viewing hole (23) and a connecting sleeve (22) disposed on the main body (21); one end of the connecting sleeve (22) is in communication with the viewing hole (23), and another end is in communication with the accommodation cavity (111). The present invention facilitates fixing and finding the biological specimen, and improves imaging results.
