Abstract:
A multi-plate compaction apparatus for producing a soundproof and heat insulation plate of a rubber and plastic floor, comprising a preset shell (1), a limiting sliding block (4), and a limiting sliding groove (5). The top end of the preset shell (1) is fixedly connected to a pressure applying mechanism (6), and the bottom end of the pressure applying mechanism (6) is fixedly connected to an antiskid structure (2); the two sides of the interior of the preset shell (1) are fixedly connected to a fixing structure (3), and one side of the fixing structure (3) is fixedly connected to the limiting sliding block (4); the limiting sliding groove (5) that fits the limiting sliding block is formed on one side of the limiting sliding block (4); moreover, the limiting sliding groove (5) is fixedly connected to the preset shell (1). By means of a preset top plate (201) of the antiskid structure (2), a cushion spring (202) at a middle position in a preset bottom plate (203), and an antiskid rubber block (204) connected to the preset bottom plate (203), the compaction apparatus achieves the purpose of shock absorption, and thus, a plate body is not easily pressed to slip off.
