Abstract:
A multi-plunger cooperative gas-lift liquid drainage system and a liquid drainage method, the liquid drainage system reciprocatively and cyclically operating. A plurality of plungers (2) divide a large-section liquid column and a gas column within an oil pipe (1) into a unit composed of multiple sections of liquid columns, plungers and gas columns; the unit sections form a series connection, and the plurality of plungers (2) are mutually connected within the oil pipe (1) up and down for liquid load cooperative work. A liquid is drained from a wellbore step by step, and pressure formed by a small section of liquid column disappears each time a small section of liquid column is drained. The pressure of each stage of gas column thereunder is reduced, the volume is expanded, and the gas columns are expanded step by step. Meanwhile, gas expansion may accelerate the plungers and the liquid columns above same to make an ascending motion, gas expansion may be more fully utilized, the needed gas-liquid ratio is reduced, and liquid drainage is increased. When the amount of gas is the same, more liquid may be drained, or when the amount of liquid drainage is the same, the amount of gas required by the liquid drainage system is greatly reduced.
