Abstract:
A multi-point locking mechanism for a door system, comprising a driving mechanism (1), a guide mechanism, a transmission mechanism (2), and side locking assemblies (3). The driving mechanism (1) and the guide mechanism are located above the door system; the driving mechanism (1) is movably connected to the guide mechanism; the driving mechanism (1) is restrained by the guide mechanism to rotate by a certain angle at a last closing stage of a door leaf (6) and an early opening stage of the door leaf (6), such that the driving mechanism (1) can partially lock or unlock the door system; at least one side of the door system is provided with the side locking assemblies (3); one end of the transmission mechanism (2) is connected to the side locking assemblies (3), and the other end is located near the driving mechanism (1); and the driving mechanism (1) drives, during a rotary locking and unlocking process, the transmission mechanism (2) to move, and controls, by means of the transmission mechanism (2), the side locking assemblies (3) to be locked or unlocked. Multi-point locking of the upper part and the side surface of the door leaf (6) is achieved by means of the driving mechanism (1) passing through a dead center, the restriction between the driving mechanism (1) and a guide rail (109), and the restriction of the side locking assemblies (3) on the side surface of the door leaf (6). The present invention is good in structural locking effect, simple and reliable in structure, small in occupied space, and easy to maintain.
