A second energy management unit (600) in the system is used for controlling a first power storage battery system (300) and a second power storage battery system (400) to alternately supply power to a load (700); a first energy management unit (500) is used for controlling a range extender (200) to charge the first power storage battery system (300) or the second power storage battery system (400) when the first power storage battery system (300) or the second power storage battery system (400) is idle.
