A multi-purpose cold/hot filter constant-temperature intelligent heater, comprising a housing (1), wherein a heating compartment (2) and a filter element compartment (3) are provided in the housing (1); a filter element (4) is arranged in the filter element compartment (3); a water inlet (11) and a water outlet (12) are provided at the top of the housing (1); the water inlet (11) is a detachable port (8), in which a sealing portion (81) is formed in the middle, a water intake end (82) is formed at an upper portion, and a connecting portion (83) is formed at a lower portion; a filter element base (41) is arranged at the bottom of the filter element compartment (3); quick connectors (5) are respectively arranged at the bottom of the filter element compartment (3) and the bottom of the heating compartment (2); a heating compartment pipe (7) is arranged at the bottom of the housing (1) for connecting the heating compartment (2) to the filter element compartment (3); and a computer board (9) is arranged on the housing (1), a temperature controller is arranged on the computer board (9), a temperature detector (21) is arranged in the heating compartment (2), and the temperature detector (21) is electrically connected to the temperature controller. The heater can be used in kitchens, bathroom showers, fish tanks, bathtubs, etc.
