Abstract:

A multi-round session interaction method and system, and a computer device. The method comprises: receiving user demand information (101); mapping the user demand information to a standard demand contained in each node in a plurality of demand structure trees which are pre-set locally (102), wherein in the demand structure trees, the standard demand contained in each node is a superior demand of a standard demand contained in a sub-node thereof; and if one node exists in the plurality of demand structure trees, and the standard demand contained therein is hit by the user demand information, outputting standard demand content contained in the sub-node of a hit non-leaf node, or outputting session information corresponding to a hit leaf node (103). The above-mentioned technical solution realizes a session interaction method which aims at a task-based session system with tree-like hierarchical dependency, and meanwhile, the hit rate of a user demand is improved.
