A multi-screen display method, comprising: an AP chip generates a plurality of screen images (S210); if the difference between the resolution heights or the resolution widths of any two screen images in the plurality of screen images is greater than a preset difference, adjusting the resolution widths of the plurality of screen images to a first resolution width and/or adjusting the resolution heights of the plurality of screen images to a first resolution height, so as to obtain a plurality of intermediate images (S220); and splicing the plurality of intermediate images to obtain a target image (S230). By adjusting the resolution widths and/or the resolution heights of the plurality of screen images to the same value, it is possible to effectively solve the problem of screen flickering which occurs when different screen resolution heights or widths cause a certain display screen to blank continuously and lead to uneven refreshing. Further disclosed is a multi-screen display device.
