Abstract:
The present invention provides a multi-stage adjustment damping valve, and a shock absorber and a suspension system using same. The multi-stage adjustment damping valve comprises a throttle valve, an overflow valve, and a multi-stage pilot valve. The multi-stage pilot valve comprises a mechanical adjustment valve and a plurality of high-speed switching electromagnetic valves having different throttling diameters. The damping valve is connected between a rod cavity and an oil storage cavity of the shock absorber by means of a middle cavity. Multi-stage damping quick adjustment of the shock absorber is achieved by means of high-frequency switching of the high-speed switching electromagnetic valves. Moreover, an automobile suspension system having a multi-stage damping adjustment function is formed by combining an elastic element, a sensor, a signal processing module, and a controller, and then real-time adjustment to optimal damping can be achieved according to automobile and pavement information, such that smoothness, stability and safety of an automobile are achieved at the same time. The present invention can achieve a suspension performance improvement effect equivalent to that of continuous damping adjustment technology, and upon comparison, in the present invention, the processing precision, the manufacturing cost, and the control and calibration difficulty are greatly reduced.
