Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a multi-stage centralized powder material-feeding device and method. The device comprises a silo storage unit, a conveying unit, a metering and weighing unit and a control unit. The intelligent feeding device can accurately meter and weigh a powder material and convey same to a target reaction container, the defects of an existing feeding device, which still uses a traditional mechanical device, depends on manual and discrete management and is uncapable of acquiring device operation data in a timely manner, are solved, and intensive management is performed on the device. In the device, the Internet of Things technology is inventively applied to the feeding device, thereby facilitating intelligent control and cloud management of the device; and warehousing and a multi-stage feeding system are centralized, and manual feeding is replaced with feeding by means of automatic pneumatic conveying, thereby improving the sealing performance of the device, reducing dust leakage, and also screening out impurities, which facilitates the stable operation of the feeding system.
