Abstract:
A multi-stage multi-cluster fracturing intelligent sliding sleeve system based on an intelligent key tag. The system comprises at least one multi-cluster sliding sleeve correspondingly placed in each fracturing stage, an end sliding sleeve placed at the end of each fracturing stage, and an intelligent tag pumped to a target fracturing stage by means of a pump. Further disclosed is a method for the multi-stage multi-cluster fracturing intelligent sliding sleeve system based on the intelligent key tag, which comprises: step one, utilizing a stage-by-stage means of fracturing from a first stage to a final stage, placing an intelligent key tag in a wellhead, and pumping the intelligent key tag to a target fracturing stage; step two, opening in a one-by-one fashion each multi-cluster sliding sleeve of a current fracturing stage by the intelligent key tag, and ultimately blocking said tag in an end sliding sleeve, thereby completing opening of all of the multi-cluster sliding sleeves and the end sliding sleeve of the current fracturing stage; and step three, repeating steps one and two until all fracturing stage construction work is completed. The sliding sleeves do not need to progressively shrink in diameter, and multiple sliding sleeves within a single fracturing stage can be opened at the same time by means of one intelligent key tag.
