Abstract:
A multi-stage fracturing intelligent control system and a control method. The control system comprises a sleeve pipe joint (1), a sliding sleeve (2), and an intelligent delivery device (3). Each sliding sleeve comprises a sliding sleeve outer pipe (24), a sliding sleeve inner pipe (25), and an electronic tag (21) which are connected in a sleeving manner; a liquid outlet hole (23) is provided on the sliding sleeve outer pipe; the sliding sleeve inner pipe is connected to the sliding sleeve outer pipe by means of a locking device (22) and shields the liquid outlet hole. The intelligent delivery device (3) comprises an antenna (31), a reader (32), a battery (33), a driving mechanism (34), an actuating mechanism (35), and a limiting mechanism (36). The antenna is used for receiving electromagnetic signals of the electronic tag; the reader is connected to the antenna, and is used for recognizing the received electromagnetic signals; the driving mechanism is connected to the reader; the reader recognizes the electromagnetic signals and then controls the driving mechanism to operate; the actuating mechanism is connected to the driving mechanism, the limiting mechanism is connected to the actuating mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the actuating mechanism to operate, so that the limiting mechanism stretches out of the intelligent delivery device to push the sliding sleeve inner pipe to slide with respect to the sliding sleeve outer pipe, and the liquid outlet hole is exposed.
