Abstract:
A multi-stage semi-open centrifugal pump capable of reducing wear, comprising a semi-open impeller (1), a guide vane (2), and a pump body (3). The semi-open impeller (1) comprises a plurality of cylindrical blades (4); each blade (4) comprises a blade suction surface and a blade pressure surface; a blade inlet part is shaped into a streamline shape and is thinned as much as possible. According to the semi-open impeller, by removing a front cover plate of the impeller (1), a clearance between the pump body (3) and an impeller rear cover plate (5) is increased, a collision frequency between particles on side surfaces of the front cover plate and a front pump cavity and a wall surface is reduced, and the wear at the impeller and the wear at the front pump cavity are further reduced. A streamline outlet at the tail end of the rear cover plate reduces a hydraulic loss of outflow and wear, and a hydraulic loss of the semi-open impeller can be reduced by means of a blade tip clearance controlled by the shape of the pump body. According to the semi-open impeller structure, the wear of the impeller and the front pump cavity can be improved, the operation stability of the multi-stage centrifugal pump is improved, a failure rate is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
