Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of multi-station rotary die cutting machines, and provides a multi-station rotary die cutting machine, comprising a machine frame. A first grating mounting frame is mounted at a feed end of the machine frame; a collecting roller is detachably mounted at a discharge end, and a second grating mounting frame is further slidably mounted; safety gratings are mounted on the first grating mounting frame and the second grating mounting frame; pressing plates are fixedly mounted on cutter holder frames of station cutter holders, respectively; connectors are mounted on transmission bottom rollers of the station cutter holders; the connectors pass through the pressing plates and are connected to encoders; pull cord switches are fixedly mounted at both end portions of the machine frame; the pull cord switches are connected by means of a steel wire rope; a console is further mounted on the machine frame by means of a mounting plate, and the console is located outside a light curtain formed by the safety gratings. According to the safety gratings provided in the present invention, the safety of an operator can be ensured; when production of strip-shaped products is converted into production of sheet-shaped products, tedious disassembly and assembly of the safety gratings are not needed; and the present invention is safe, convenient, and fast to use.
