Abstract:
A multi-station transfer robotic arm mechanism, comprising: a fixed bottom plate (12), a first horizontal direction horizontal-moving assembly (13), a second horizontal direction horizontal-moving assembly (14), a vertical-moving assembly (15), a robotic arm fixing plate (16), and multiple robotic arms (11), wherein the robotic arms (11) are disposed on the robotic arm fixing plate (12); the robotic arm fixing plate (12) is provided on the vertical-moving assembly (15); the vertical-moving assembly (15) is disposed on the first horizontal direction horizontal-moving assembly (13); the first horizontal direction horizontal-moving assembly (13) is disposed on the second horizontal direction horizontal-moving assembly (14); the second horizontal direction horizontal-moving assembly (14) is disposed on the fixed bottom plate (12); each robotic arm (11) is used for picking a product from a machining station corresponding to each robotic arm (11), and placing the picked product to the next machining station or a material discharging position. The multi-station transfer robotic arm mechanism can implement synchronous pick-up and transfer of products in all machining stations arranged in a straight line, thereby improving product machining efficiency.
