Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a multi-target complex of a loaded liposome and a drug-loaded platform containing same and an application. The multi-target complex of the loaded liposome contains: a stimulator of interferon genes (STING) agonist, an immune checkpoint inhibitor, ectonucleotide pyrophosphatase/phosphodiesterase (ENPP1) inhibitor, and a liposome; the immune checkpoint inhibitor targets at least two different immune checkpoint epitopes; a mass ratio of the STING agonist to the ENPP1 inhibitor is 10:(2.5-10) and is not 10:10; and a mass ratio of the STING agonist to the immune checkpoint inhibitor is 10:(2.5-100) and is not 10:100. The multi-target complex of the loaded liposome of the present invention co-loads a STING agonist, an ENPP1 inhibitor, and an immune checkpoint inhibitor, such that the antitumor activity of the multi-target complex is improved.
