Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention disclose a multi-terminal communication method. The method comprises: receiving a switching request, sent by a first terminal, for switching a terminal, the switching request comprising account information of a communication application of the first terminal; in response to the switching request, determining identification information of a second terminal based on the account information, account information of the communication application of the second terminal being the same as the account information of the communication application of the first terminal; determining, based on the identification information of the second terminal, identification information of a third terminal that communicates with the second terminal via the communication application; establishing a correspondence between the identification information of the third terminal and the identification information of the first terminal; sending a communication switching instruction to the first terminal, the communication switching instruction being used to instruct the first terminal to communicate with the third terminal via the communication application; and processing communication information between the first terminal and the third terminal based on the correspondence. The embodiments of the present invention further disclose a server and a terminal.
