Abstract:
The present disclosure provides a multicast data transmission method, apparatus, device, and storage medium, pertaining to the technical field of networks. The method comprises: acquiring multicast broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) information, the MBSFN information being used to indicate the same first data transmission mode, the same first channel, and the same first time point to be used by multiple forwarding devices to send multicast data, and the multicast data being received from a control device; and forwarding the multicast data to at least one site device at the first time point on the first channel by means of the first data transmission mode. The present disclosure provides a process for transmitting multicast data without producing interference between different forwarding devices. Each forwarding device does not need to compete for a channel, thereby saving time and improving efficiency when transmitting multicast data. Multiple forwarding devices do not need to take turns sending multicast data which further improves transmission efficiency of multicast data.
