Abstract:
A multicore cable according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is provided with: a core which is obtained by twisting a plurality of core wires together; and a sheath layer which is arranged around the core. With respect to this multicore cable, the core wires each comprise a conductor that is obtained by twisting a plurality of strands together and an insulating layer that covers the outer periphery of the conductor; the sheath layer comprises an inner sheath layer and an outer sheath layer that covers the inner sheath layer; the inner sheath layer is mainly composed of a copolymer of ethylene and a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester; and the content of the (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester in the copolymer is more than 7% by mass.
