Abstract:
The present invention provides a multicore wire rod which is reduced in cost and is able to generate a stable magnetic field, while being capable of suppressing the occurrence of heat generation. The present invention provides a multicore wire rod that is obtained by arranging a plurality of filaments, which are second metal tubes, within a first metal tube, wherein: the filaments are circumferentially arranged within the first metal tube; the first circle of the filaments is arranged so as to be in contact with the inner side of the first metal tube; the second circle of the filaments is arranged so as to be in contact with the inner side of the second filament in the first circle; and the shape of the filaments arranged in the first circle is different from the shape of the filaments arranged in the second circle.
