Description:
DESCRIPTION ^MULTIFUNCTION REMOVABLE DOUBLE-SOLE SHOE'

This utility model refers to a multifunction double-sole shoe as an autonomous unit, whose main innovation consists of a removable double sole which might be tacked in a base sole providing versatility in its use according to seasons of the year, in daily use simple activities by means of disposable sole, or in leisure activities, sports or professional activities. The practical substitution method (by means of Velcro or adhesive strips and slots) whilst the transition from one activity to another using the appropriate sole, is highly convenient, comfortable, safe and cost effective and its reduced thickness, weight and volume make storage and transportation easier.

The process for tacking the removable sole to the base sole might take place in the entire surface of the sole and heel, vertically by means of the Velcro or adhesive strip system, and horizontally and longitudinally by the tongue/groove method, wherein the tongue is formed by the rim on the removable sole and the groove by the recess in the base sole along the entire perimeter of the shoe at the welt.

This tacking method might have practical utility in enabling the sole to be replaced without a cobbler, because the method is so simple that any user can perform the task. A new concept of sole is therefore introduced, by means of a disposable sole, which will be developed according to the user's needs and application requirements. Another tacking method for the aforementioned removable sole into the base sole might be carried out by means of the tongue/groove system along the entire surface of the sole and heel, wherein stepped areas are provided with supporting slots and/or points (groove) in the base sole, a Velcro strip allowing a better tacking of the tongue, which is placed into the supporting slots and/or points (groove) , the male being integral with the removable double sole, maintaining the same system along the perimeter of the welt according to the preceding process.

As this attachment device is not in direct contact with the ground, it is not subject to wear, nor does it interfere in inserting procedures of the removable sole, so the shoe can be used normally in its simple form.

This utility model will be duly explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings :

Any sports, leisure or work shoes are differentiated by their sole. In the case of golf, spikes projections or ridges are distributed so as to ensure the player maintains a secure grip to the ground, so as to avoid slipping and loss of balance, not only when moving but also when simulating swings or striking the ball.

For any sports or working activity, the sole has slots, studs, reliefs, ridges, etc. in order to provide grip to the ground when the surface is dry, wet or even saturated (muddy) or slippery, so as to allow water discharge and avoid slipping. h

The design of the sole is important in any sports, but in the particular case of golf the double removable sole can be designed for summer or winter, as the technical specifications differ depending on surface conditions.

In this way, for the same golf shoe a thin removable sole is suitable for summer season and a thicker sole is adequate for winter season, with adequate spikes in both cases .

The removable double-sole shoe has the attribute, unlike any traditional shoe, of not requiring a change of shoes after a particular use, such as a round of golf and simply changing the sole for a more suitable one after the activity is complete, or mainly removing thereof thus using the shoe in its simple form for greater comfort.

The double sole is practical, comfortable, convenient, economical, light, user friendly and easy to store and transport, given its reduced thickness and low volume.

It has the unique feature of allowing to be cleaned after use, thus avoiding it having to be cleaned immediately after ou having to change shoes. One just needs to remove the soles, which is very convenient for the user.

Choosing removable soles for summer and winter seasons is also advantageous, as the reduced thickness of about a few centimeters allows for easy storage and transport. W

A shoe with these features is the most suitable for any season of the year, as the base sole does is not brought into direct contact with the ground, there being a physical separation between the base soles and the ground.

The thicker removable sole used in the winter protects the wearer from cold and humidity due to the distance from the ground, the same occurring with the summer sole, in this case protecting from the heat, for the reasons described in the previous paragraph.

The comfort of any shoe does not reside in the sole, but rather in the insole, because this is the element in direct contact with the foot and connecting to the sole, therefore emerging the need to match insole/sole to ensure greater well-being and comfort.

Besides comfort, another important factor is the flexibility in the rear third of the shoe which is transmitted by the sole, thus becoming a fundamental element in the unit consisting of a base sole, removable sole, insole and upper.

The material used for manufacturing upper and insole should preferably be made of leather, but the base sole and the removable sole should preferably be made of any plastic or synthetic material that can be molded while remaining flexible.

In the case of the removable sole specific for golf activity, inlaid pieces are set into the sole thickness for spike tacking, in order to allow these to be replaced in an easy and practical manner.

For all other applications, the removable sole is a single molded piece which that can be smooth with ridges, studs, slots, furrows or various combinations thereof.

The removable sole is provided in whatever sizes and numbers according the shoe size, either for ladies or gentlemen.
