Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multifunctional body builder, comprising a sliding rail member, a supporting member and an armrest supporting member. A sliding unit, which can slide along the sliding rail member, is fit to the sliding rail member; a cushion is mounted on the sliding unit; and a second connector, which is pivoted to the supporting member, and a first connector, which is pivoted to the armrest supporting member, are fixed to one end of the sliding rail member. In the present invention, fixed connection or swing connection between the armrest supporting member and the sliding rail member is achieved by means of the first connector, the connection angle between the supporting member and the sliding rail member can be adjusted by means of the second connector, a damping member is also provided on the supporting member, and one end of the damping member is detachably connected to the armrest supporting member, such that the body builder can be adjusted into an abdominal exercise mode, a rowing movement mode and a folding mode. Therefore, one sports apparatus can support many types of sports. In the present invention, the multifunctional body builder has a simple and compact structure, and a small volume, can be folded when not used, and is easy to store.
