Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multifunctional-epoxy-vegetable-oil-based UV-curable prepolymer, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing an epoxy vegetable oil, a catalyst and a reaction solvent, heating same and maintaining the temperature, dropwise adding a vegetable oil acid, and after the dropwise addition is completed, maintaining the temperature to continue to react same to obtain an intermediate product; and uniformly mixing the intermediate product, a double bond monomer, a catalyst, a polymerization inhibitor and a reaction solvent, and reacting same at 60-70°C for 1-5 h to obtain a multifunctional-epoxy-vegetable-oil-based UV-curable prepolymer. The prepared UV-curable prepolymer has the advantages of a high degree of functionality, a large molecular weight, a fast curing speed, excellent mechanical properties after film formation, a strong chemical resistance, good biodegradability, etc., and has a very high UV curing activity. The required UV curing energy is less than or equal to 1500 mJ·cm-2. A cured film has an excellent use performance and can meet the application requirements for UV-cured materials.
