Abstract:
A multifunctional fitness handle and a combined fitness system. The multifunctional fitness handle comprises: a grip (1); two first female connecting members (2) provided on either side of the grip (1) and respectively used for detachably connecting to first devices each having a first sub-connecting member (3); and two second female connecting members (4) provided at positions of the grip (1) close to the bottom and respectively used for detachably connecting to second devices each having a second sub-connecting member (5). By expanding different fitness functions by means of detachable replacement accessories, the structure of the product can be simplified, and the product occupies a small space and achieves excellent combination and use effects.
