Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multifunctional high-strength steel sheet or strip heat treatment production system, comprising a preparation unit, a high-temperature heat treatment unit, a low-temperature heat treatment unit, and a product collection unit connected in sequence. The preparation unit comprises an uncoiling apparatus and a first shearing apparatus; the high-temperature heat treatment unit comprises a first heating apparatus, a first cooling apparatus, a second shearing apparatus, and a first stacking machine connected in sequence; and the low-temperature heat treatment unit comprises at least one group of low-temperature heat treatment mechanisms, and each low-temperature heat treatment mechanism comprises a second heating apparatus and a second cooling apparatus connected in sequence. In addition, further provided is a high-strength steel sheet or strip heat treatment production method implemented on the basis of the production system. The present invention can achieve the production modes of coil-sheet continuous heat treatment, sheet-sheet continuous heat treatment and the like, is suitable for quenching and tempering heat treatment, quenching heat treatment, tempering heat treatment, and normalizing heat treatment production of steel materials, has the characteristics of multiple channels, multiple modes and multiple functions, and can satisfy the production of multi-variety and multi-specification products.
