Disclosed is a multifunctional lower body part heater comprising: a body which comprises a top plate, and two side plates and a rear plate connected to the top plate, and is open at the front thereof so as to allow a user to move his/her lower body part in and out of the body; and an LED module which is disposed under the top plate so as to radiate light and heat downward in the body.
