Abstract:
A nanofiber air filter membrane and a manufacturing method therefor. The filter membrane is manufactured by using a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and hexafluoropropylene (PVDF-HFP), and polyacrylonitrile (PAN), wherein the content of PVDF-HFP accounts for 85%-95% of the total content in percentage by mass. The manufacturing method comprises: adding PVDF-HFP, PAN, and a surfactant for enhancing the electrical conductivity to an organic solvent, mixing same evenly to obtain a mixed solution, and using an electrospinning apparatus to manufacture the nanofiber air filter membrane. The addition of the surfactant is to improve the electrical conductivity and electrospinnability of a polymer solution. By means of the improved manufacturing method, the air permeability and light transmittance of the nanofiber air filter membrane are improved and good filter performance of the nanofiber air filter membrane is also maintained, without reducing the number of nanofibers.
