Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a multifunctional phosphorus and nickel doped graphite-like carbon nitride (Ni-P-C3N4) nanosheet, a preparation method therefor, and an ABS material. By means of phosphorus and nickel co-doping, the dispersity of the Ni-P-C3N4 nanosheet in an ABS material can be effectively improved, and the thermal stability, mechanical properties, flame retardancy and smoke suppression of a polymer material can also be improved by adding said nanosheet into the ABS material. On the basis of the physical barrier effect of a g-C3N4 nanosheet and the catalytic carbonization effect of phosphorus and nickel elements, the thermal resistance, the carbonization capability and the mechanical strength of ABS can be effectively improved under a low addition amount of the Ni-P-C3N4 uniformly dispersed in a composite material. The high-performance ABS polymer composite material prepared in the present invention has a wide industrial application prospect.
