Abstract:
A multifunctional steam fryer, relating to the field of household appliances. A steam generating assembly is provided in a main machine (1); a water inlet end of the steam generating assembly is connected to a water tank (4), and a steam outlet end thereof extends to the bottom of a cavity (116); a steam inlet one-way valve (212) is provided at the bottom of a fryer body (2); the steam outlet end of the steam generating assembly is in contact butt joint with the steam inlet one-way valve (212); a baking assembly used for forming a hot air circulation baking mode is provided in a fryer cover assembly (3). A steaming and boiling function system is combined with a baking hot air circulation system; when steam rises to a heating tube (37), the heating tube (37) heats the steam again, so that the temperature of the steam at the upper side is raised again; meanwhile, a motor (32) also rotates to drive a hot air blade (36) to circulate the steam in the fryer body, so that the temperature of the steam at the upper side and the lower side is uniform, thereby greatly improving efficiency and reducing time consumption and energy consumption.
