Abstract:
The present invention provides a multifunctional TCO, comprising: an FTO transparent electrode; and a functional layer provided on the surface of the FTO transparent electrode, wherein the functional layer comprises a stannic oxide layer and/or a nickel oxide layer. A perovskite solar battery prepared by using the multifunctional TCO provided in the present invention has a relatively high photoelectric conversion efficiency, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the TCO containing nickel oxide reaches 15%. The present invention further provides a battery.
