Abstract:
Provided is a multilayer ceramic electronic part that exhibits high electrostatic capacity, while being provided with Al inner electrodes having excellent smoothness and conductivity. The multilayer ceramic electronic part comprises: a multilayer body comprising a stack of multiple ceramic layers, and a plurality of Al-based inner electrodes formed along specific interfaces between the ceramic layers; and external electrodes formed on the external surface of the multilayer body. The surfaces of the inner electrodes are covered by layers based on a noble metal or Ti.
