Abstract:
[Problem] To achieve a multilayer forming cosmetic that has an esthetic effect that has not been achieved by conventional cosmetics, and when used for eyelashes, demonstrates sufficient functional effects of conventional mascaras such as curling effects, curl retaining effects, and long-term cosmetic durability. [Solution] This multilayer forming cosmetic (10) contains at least a lower layer (1) comprising an oily or water-in-oil composition and an upper layer (2) comprising an oily or water-in-oil composition. The multilayer forming cosmetic (10) has an interface formed between the lower layer (1) and the upper layer (2), and the lower layer (1) and the upper layer (2) differ in a visible characteristics.
