Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multilayer sheet for food having a paper base material and a resin layer provided on one or both sides of the paper base material. The resin layer contains polylactic acid, and the heat of fusion of the resin layer according to differential scanning calorimetry performed in accordance with JIS K 7122 (2012) is 36 J/g or higher. The present invention further provides a manufacturing method for the multilayer sheet for food, and a packaging material for food and a container for food that uses the multilayer sheet for food.
