Abstract:
A multilayer storage type plastic-basin boxing mechanism, comprising a conveyor belt (13) and plastic basins(10). The conveyor belt (13) is provided with a guide device (12), a lifting device (6), an unloading device (1), a pulling device (18), and a positioning device (19). The guide device (12) is provided at the tail end of the conveyor belt (13). The positioning device (19) is provided at the head end of the conveyor belt (13). The pulling device (18) is provided at both side edges of the head end of the conveyor belt (13). The lifting device (6) and the unloading device (1) are provided on both side edges of the guide device (12). The unloading device (1) is provided below the lifting device (6). The mechanism can improve the utilization rate of a workshop space by placing more plastic basins in a smaller space, improves the placing speed of the plastic basins by means of mechanized continuous operation, saves manpower, improves the production efficiency, and has a simple structure and low costs.
