Disclosed is a multilayer substrate (100) having a built-in electric element, which incorporates an electric element (20) in a multilayer substrate (10), is provided with: the multilayer substrate (10), which is configured by laminating a plurality of flexible base material layers (10A-10G); the electric element (20), which has a main surface (21), and which is incorporated in the multilayer substrate (10) such that the electric element is sandwiched among the base material layers (10A-10G); and a sliding member (30), which is provided between the main surface (21) of the electric element (20) and a base material layer (10C).
