Abstract:
The invention concerns a support consisting of sized superimposed layers The latter may be made of plastic in its permanent configuration (for numerous applications) or of cotton wadding in its disposable configuration. When they are dry, the support upper and lower layers (1 and 3) are pristine and exhibit an opacity concealing the intermediate layer (2) which comprises four-colour printed patterns. Parents need to be very patient and use many tricks to convince infants to use the pot. The invention provides a solution to this problem in that it transforms toilet training into a simple and playful game. The adult places the support at the bottom of the pot inviting the child to urinate. When the latter urinates the concealed pattern is exposed, causing surprise and laughter and as the games progress using the pot becomes an instinctive reflex. The invention which was originally experimented on a girl infant, by making the desire to use the pot systematic transforms toilet training into a child's game proper. Said invention, designed for a child, aims at facilitating toilet training.
