Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a multimedia data sending method based on a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal. The mobile terminal at least comprises an MHL interface, a WiHD connection unit, and a Miracast connection unit. The method comprises: when a triggering operation of a user on multimedia data currently displayed by a mobile terminal is detected, deciding a target connection unit from an MHL interface and/or a WiHD connection unit and/or a Miracast connection unit; and sending the multimedia data into a display device by using the target connection unit, the display device being used for displaying the multimedia data. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, a user can obtain the optimal screen projection effect under a current network environment, thereby improving user experience.
