Provided are a multimedia information transmission method and apparatus, and a terminal. The method comprises: acquiring multimedia data and description information from a first device, wherein the description information is used to describe the environment when the first device records the multimedia data, and the multimedia data; and transmitting the multimedia data and the description information from the first device to a second device.
