Since the body 12 is hollow, it generates a clear sound as it is struck to other one, so the body 12 can be used as a cheerful supporting tool in a sports game, and the body 12 as it is can be used as a megaphone in the fields.

Meanwhile, the first multipartite vessel can be manufactured with a material such as P. E. T or synthetic resin, and can be used in a home or used by a beverage corporation as a

beverage bottle for selling beverage.

Second Embodiment The second embodiment is related to the vessel to contain the contents such as various beverages, alcoholic beverages, liquid detergents, etc. , and more particularly, to the vessel to contain the contents separately in a plurality of containing spaces partitioned in a vessel body.

FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of an appearance of a multipartite vessel according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a vertical sectional view of the multipartite vessel shown in FIG. 4, and FIG. 6 is a horizontal sectional view of the multipartite vessel shown in FIG. 4.

Referring to the figures, the second multipartite vessel 30 according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention has a partition 34 for partitioning the inner containing space in the vessel body 32 into at least two partitioned containing spaces. Openings 38 of the respective partitioned containing spaces are formed on the upper part of the vessel body 32, and the respective openings 38 are opened/closed by a single vessel cap (not shown). A screw thread 36 for assembling the vessel cap is formed on the upper part of the vessel body 32 that the openings 38 are formed.

As shown in FIG. 6, the partition 34 is formed so that the partitioned inner containing spaces of the vessel body 32 have the identical shape to each other. In the present embodiment, the two containing spaces partitioned by the partition 34 are formed to have an overall shape of two-comma pattern. Further, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the partition 34 can be formed to form three or more partitioned containing spaces, and the partitioned containing spaces can have the shapes identical to each other.

The second multipartite vessel can be manufactured by a variety of materials such as a glass, plastic, iron, synthetic resin, coated paper, etc. The multipartite vessel provides advantages of saving the manufacturing costs and convenience in use since the conventional separate vessels for respectively containing various kinds of contents are combined into a single vessel, and if the vessel is manufactured with a transparent material, it gives an

agreeable feeling to the consumer as it is manufactured to a various shape. Furthermore, since the various kinds of contents can be preserved without being mixed, it is convenient to possess during a trip.

Further, the desire of a human against the kind of beverages to drink such as cola, soda pop, beer or other kinds of alcohols may change according to the taste and condition of the human. The consumer has to buy the respective beverages or alcoholic beverages every time he/she wants according to the conventional art, however, such a problem can be solved according to the present invention.

Third Embodiment The third embodiment provides a cap assembly for the multipartite vessel that can contain the contents in the respective spaces that are partitioned into a plurality of containing spaces in the vessel body.

FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view of main parts of a multipartite vessel according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a vertical sectional view of FIG.

9, which shows the state that a cap assembly is assembled with the multipartite vessel. FIG.

11 is a horizontal sectional view of the multipartite vessel of FIG. 9.

Referring to the figures, the multipartite vessel 50 used in the present embodiment has a partition 68 for partitioning the inner containing space in the vessel body 52 into at least three containing spaces. And, as shown in the figures, openings of the respective partitioned containing spaces are formed as circular holes on the upper part of the vessel body 52. And, a screw thread for assembling the cap assembly of the present invention is formed on the upper part of the vessel body 52 that the openings are formed.

The cap assembly according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention has a plurality of cap bars 58, a securing plate 60, a packing member 64, a fixing member 62, a cap cover 54, a plurality of adjusting members 66, and a straw 56.

In particular, the plurality of cap bars 58 are used for opening/closing the respective openings independently. Each of the cap bars 58 has an overall shape of a bar, while the

lower end thereof has an oval shape to close the whole opening and the middle area thereof protrudes to have a shape of a partial semi-ellipse. The number of cap bars 58 is the same with that of the openings. The securing plate 60 is formed with a plurality of holes at positions corresponding to the openings so that the cap bars 58 are secured therein, and the securing plate 60 is fixed by a plurality of fixing holes formed on the upper part of the vessel body 52. However, the securing plate 60 can be modified to be fixed to the cap cover 54.

The packing member 64 has a plurality of holes at positions corresponding to the openings, and a discharge hole at a center thereof. The cap cover 54 has a plurality of holes at positions corresponding to the openings, the plurality of holes in which the cap bars 58 are secured through the securing plate 60 and the packing member 64. The cap cover 54 also has a discharge hole at a center thereof. The fixing member 62 is assembled with the straw 56 through the respective discharge holes of the cap cover 54 and the packing member 64, to secure the straw 56 and the packing member 64 onto the cap cover 54. The adjusting members 66 are secured fixedly on the respective cap bars 58 exposed to an upper side of the cap cover 54. The adjusting members 66 make it possible to open and close the cap bars 58.

According to the cap assembly having the above construction, the plurality of cap bars 58 can be operated independently to be opened and closed. Therefore, the user can discharge the desired contents selectively among the contents contained independently in the multipartite vessel 50. Moreover, the user can discharge the contents mixedly by opening a few of the cap bars 58 simultaneously.

Furthermore, the merit of the multipartite vessel can be more enhanced by applying the cap assembly according to the present invention to the multipartite vessel.

Fourth embodiment The fourth embodiment provides a cap assembly of a multipartite bottle that can be used to contain the liquid contents in a plurality of partitioned spaces therein as well as to draw the liquid contents or pour the liquid contents into another vessel.

FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing the appearance of the multipartite vessel

according to the present invention. The fourth multipartite vessel 70 has a body 72 partitioned into a first space 72a and a second space 72b for containing the liquid contents respectively, and a screw thread 73 is formed on the outer circumference of the upper part of the body 72.

The body 72 has a first opening 74a for discharging the content contained in the first space 72a, and a second opening 74b for discharging the content contained in the second space 72b. Screw threads are formed on the outer circumferences of the respective openings 74a and 74b.

The multipartite vessel 70 has a fixing straw 78a formed with a screw thread on the inner surface thereof, corresponding to the outer circumference of the first opening 74a, a cutaway part 78b that can be cut by a scissors or a knife to discharge the content, and a cap 76 formed with a screw thread on the inner surface thereof, corresponding to the outer circumference of the second opening 74b.

The length of the opening 74a and the fixing straw 78a can be changed according to the design of the manufacturer, and it is preferable that the length of the opening 74a is 1 cm and the length of the fixing straw 78 is 2-3 cm.

Meanwhile, the example that two containing spaces for containing the contents are formed has been shown in the above-described fourth embodiment, however, as shown in FIGS. 13 through 16, the number of the containing spaces can be two, three, four or five according to the shape or the usage of the product.

In particular, as shown in FIG. 16, in order to contain liquid contents of which average containing amounts are different from each other, the containing spaces for the contents are partitioned not equally but unequally. For example, as the consuming amount of sesame oil is different from that of cooking oil, a small containing space is allotted to the sesame oil and a large containing space is allotted to the cooking oil, which makes the consuming periods of those two similar.

Further, although the fixing straw 78a is cut by the scissors or the knife in the above

description, a cap for covering the fixing straw 78a is preferably provided in consideration of the product or the usage thereof.

The detailed construction of that is as follows.

For the clear description of the present invention, the elements having the similar function are referred to with the same reference numerals, and the description of the same parts is omitted and the different parts are described in detail.

FIG. 17 is a vertical sectional view of the multipartite vessel of the present invention. A screw thread C is formed on the inner surface of the fixing straw 78a, and a slender waist H is formed on the outer surface of the fixing straw 78a. And, a cap 80 is provided, which is formed with a protrusion A engaged with the slender waist H, on the inner surface thereof.

Therefore, the user cuts the abovementioned cutaway part 78b with a knife or a scissor and then discharges the content, and he/she covers the cap 80 onto the outer surface of the fixing straw 78a to prevent the dust or foreign substance while he/she is not using the product.

Meanwhile, if the content is a beverage, as shown in FIG. 18, a wrinkle is formed on a part of the side surface of the fixing straw 78a to bend the fixing straw 78a within the angular range from zero to 180 degrees.

In order to provide the convenience in manufacturing the above embodiment, the construction that is easy to manufacture is proposed as follows.

FIGS. 19 is a perspective view of the multipartite vessel, which shows the main parts of the multipartite vessel. A bottle 90 is comprised of a body 92 for containing a predetermined content, and a cap part for opening/closing the body 92.

A first opening 94 and a second opening 96 having the shape of a protruding pipe are provided on the upper part of the cap part, and a first partition 98a for defining the containing spaces of the contents is provided in the cap part and a second partition 98b for defining the containing spaces of the contents is provided in the body 92.

The cap part and the body 92 are adhered to each other by projecting ultrasonic wave of an appropriate frequency onto the boundary area to be adhered, wherein the part D at the

lower side of the cap part and the part E at the upper side of the body 92 are adhered to each other, and the part F at the lower side of the cap part and the part G at the upper side of the body 92 are adhered to each other.

In other words, the cap part and the body 92 are formed separately and then adhered to each other by melting the boundary area to be adhered with the ultrasonic wave, and in such a situation, a portion of the part D at the lower side of the cap part protrudes and a portion of the part E at the upper side of the body is recessed, in order to get a steadfast adhesion.

Moreover, as the adhesion is performed by melting with the ultrasonic wave in an instant, it is not harmful to a human body even when the vessel is used as a beverage container.

Meanwhile, there are about two kinds of methods for manufacturing the first through the

fourth embodiments, i. e. , a partition forming method that forms partitions for defining the respective containing spaces of the contents, and a blow method that forms the respective containing spaces in a high temperature and then adhere them to each other.

According to the blow method, the containing spaces are formed by blowing air in a high temperature into glass or synthetic resin that is the material to manufacture the vessel, and then adhere them into one.

According to the above-described embodiments, there are advantages as follows.

First, it is very convenient to use the various kinds of contents such as beverage or detergent since the contents are contained separately, and the convenience of using is more enhanced since the cap is provided to cover the vessel temporarily.

Second, a valuable product can be manufactured easily since the cap and the body can be manufactured separately.

Third, the pollution and the waste are reduced since the desired contents can be stored separately after consuming all the contents in the vessel.

Fourth, the contents contained in the partitioned containing spaces in the body of the multipartite vessel can be discharged separately or mixedly, which makes the multipartite vessel more useful.

Although the preferred embodiment of the present invention has been described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention should not be limited to the described preferred embodiment, but various changes and modifications can be made within the spirit and the scope of the present invention. Accordingly, the scope of the present invention is not limited within the described range but the following claims.
