Abstract:
A multiple-twist spindle and a two-for-one twister. The multiple-twist spindle and a yarn separator of the two-for-one twister are used in cooperation, comprising: a lower hollow spindle (1), an upper hollow spindle (11), and a driving mechanism (2), one end of the lower hollow spindle (1) being fixed on an output shaft of the driving mechanism (2), and the other end being inserted into the upper hollow spindle (11) and being fixed by means of a bearing (13); an upper static disc sleeve part (17), an upper yarn separating disc (15), and an upper twisting disc sleeve part (14) are sequentially sleeved on the upper hollow spindle (11); a gear speed change mechanism, a lower static disc sleeve part (5), a lower yarn separating disc (4), and a lower twisting disc sleeve part (3) are sequentially sleeved on the lower hollow spindle (1). By improving the structure of the speed change mechanism, the multiple-twist spindle and the two-for-one twister realize the function of any one of double-twist or multiple-twist two-for-one twisting spindles; the apparatus is simple in structure, convenient for reconstruction and optimization, and high in compatibility.
