Abstract:
Provided is a multiplex communication system capable of multiplexing encoder signals having different communication speeds. In the present invention, multiplex communication devices 29, 39 sample and multiplex encoder signals ENCD1-ENCD8, which are communicated so as to switch between two or more different communication speeds (2 Mbps, 4 Mbps), and transmit and receive the sampled and multiplexed encoder signals as frame data FRMD (multiplexed data). When the multiplex communication devices 29, 39 multiplex the encoder signals ENCD1-ENCD8, the devices use, for the sampling period, a single period (32 MHz) value that makes it possible to sample an integer multiple (16 times, 8 times) of the two or more different communication speeds.
