Abstract:
A multiplier device. The multiplier device comprises at least one first multiplier circuit (100), and the first multiplier circuit (100) may comprise a first resistor-capacitor circuit (102), a first reset switch (SW1), a first input switch (SW2) and a first operation control circuit (104). The first reset switch (SW1) is coupled between a first output capacitor (C1) of the first resistor-capacitor circuit (102) and a power supply voltage (Vdd), and is controlled by a first reset signal (SR1) to reset the voltage on the first output capacitor (C1). The first input switch (SW2) is coupled to the first resistor-capacitor circuit (102). The first operation control circuit (104) is coupled to the first input switch (SW2); after the voltage of the first output capacitor (C1) is reset, the first input switch (SW2) is controlled according to a first input signal (S1) and a second input signal (S2) to turn on so as to discharge to the first output capacitor (C1); and a result representing a first product (Vo1) of the first input signal (S1) and the second input signal (S2) is generated on the first output capacitor (C1).
