Abstract:
Disclosed is a multipurpose transfer pump free of secondary water injection, the pump comprising a cover plate (4), a water injection plug (6), a pump body (7), an impeller (9), a pump body flange (11) and an electric motor (13), wherein the pump body flange (11) is arranged at an end of the electric motor (13), the pump body (7) is arranged on the front face of the pump body flange (11), a volute chamber (7d) corresponding to the impeller (9) is concavely arranged on the back face of the pump body (7), the impeller (9) is arranged in the volute chamber (7d) and is coaxially fixed on a rotating shaft of the electric motor (13), a partition tongue portion (7c) tangent to the impeller (9) is arranged at the top of the volute chamber (7d), a liquid storage chamber (7e) wrapped around the volute chamber (7d) and a gas-liquid separation chamber (7f) located above the liquid storage chamber (7e) are concavely arranged on the front face of the pump body (7), a water inlet pipe connector (7b) and a water outlet pipe connector (7a) that extend towards the outside in an oblique and upward manner are arranged on two sides of the top of the pump body (7), and two clapboards are arranged in the gas-liquid separation chamber (7f) to form a water suction cavity (7h) enabling the water inlet pipe connector (7b) to be in communication with the volute chamber (7d).
