Abstract:
A multistage backflow reverse injection type swirl pulverized coal burner (100), comprising: a pre-burning housing (110) having a pre-burning chamber (111) and a housing outlet located on one side of the pre-burning chamber (111); a primary air pulverized coal structure (120) used for separating primary air pulverized coal airflow into concentrated pulverized coal airflow and dilute pulverized coal airflow; a concentrated and dilute pulverized coal output structure (130) used for outputting the dilute pulverized coal airflow and blocking the concentrated pulverized coal airflow to enable the concentrated pulverized coal airflow to reversely flow to the pre-burning chamber (111); an inner secondary air structure (140) used for inputting inner secondary air to the pre-burning chamber (111), so that a first-stage backflow area is formed by the pre-burning chamber (111) and a second-stage backflow area is formed at one end, away from the primary air pulverized coal structure (120), of the concentrated and dilute pulverized coal output structure (130); and an outer secondary air structure (150) used for conveying outer secondary air, so that a third-stage backflow area is formed at the housing (110) outlet. After the primary air pulverized coal is concentrated and separated, the three stages of backflow areas are adopted for burning; ignition, steady burning and burning out of pulverized coal under the conditions of different coal types and loads are facilitated; and meanwhile generated nitric oxide is reduced.
