Title:
MULTIWAY VALVE, IN PARTICULAR A 6/2-WAY VALVE AND MULTIWAY VALVE ARRANGEMENT
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/185619
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention relates to a hydraulic multiway valve, consisting substantially of: a valve housing; at least one valve chamber which is integrated in the valve housing and extends along a longitudinal axis; an actuating mechanism; a control piston which can be moved by means of the actuating mechanism in order to assume at least two valve positions; and inlets and outlets which are connected to the valve chamber and can each be at least partially closed or opened depending on the position of the control piston. According to the invention, three inlets (Z1, Z3, Z5) and three outlets (A2, A4, A6) are provided on the valve housing (2), and the control piston (5) comprises piston faces for cooperating with the inner peripheral faces of the valve chamber (4) in order to couple and/or block the connections between the individual inlets and outlets (Z1, Z3, Z5, A2, A4, A6) via the valve chamber (4), the control piston (5), viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis (L) of the valve chamber (4), consisting of at least of two interconnected part-pistons (5.1, 5.2), and each of the part-pistons (5,1, 5.2) comprising on its outer periphery a sealing face region (13.1, 13.2) which, in cooperation with a valve seat (14.1, 14.2) disposed in the valve housing (2), blocks at least one outlet (A2, A4, A6) of the valve chamber (4) in each valve position (I, II).
