Abstract:
The present invention relates to a muscle enhancing exercise device wherein the position of a handle is adjusted such that a user can lie and exercise leg muscles, or the user can stand, cradle his/her shoulders on the handle, and strengthen rear leg muscles, and the user can do pull-ups after adjusting the handle position to be highest. The muscle enhancing exercise device comprises a frame (10) having a pair of columns (11) provided at the front and rear sides thereof at a predetermined distance so as to support both ends of horizontal support racks (16) having a predetermined width. Both ends of a fixing frame (13) are fixed to the intermediate upper portions of front and rear horizontal support racks (16). Auxiliary frames (12) are connected between both lower ends of the front column (11) and the lower ends of the rear column (11), respectively. A fixing plate (14) having through-holes (b) formed at a predetermined interval is provided on the fixing frame (13) such that a cradling rod (1) can be selectively fitted to a through-hole (b). The muscle enhancing exercise device comprises an operating shaft (20) having a rotating shaft (21) rotatably provided on a part of the fixing frame (13), which the fixing plate (14) abuts, such that the upper end of the shaft traversing a side of the fixing plate (14) is connected to the rotating shaft (21) to be able to rotate integrally. A barbell mounting shaft (22) is provided on the lower end of the shaft such that barbells (2) can be attached to/detached from both sides thereof. The muscle enhancing exercise device comprises a driving shaft (30) having an upper end connected to the lower end of the operating shaft (20) such that the length thereof can be adjusted, a manipulation driving handle (31) being provided on the lower end of the shaft.
